don't know the record of the USBP analyst, but my take is that he's out to lunch on this call. Agree with you, that downgrading at this time given new fab is unreasonable. cm

Only thing I could get out of it is that Piper wanted some shares on the cheap, they got a 7+% pullback this AM , now down only 2 1/2%.
