Reference "stock fraud"...you're like the little boy that cried wolf too many times. Maybe you need a change of venue where some sucker might believe you. Has it ever occurred to you that the market is telling you that you are wrong? If the clinical study that will be released soon shows that Zicam has a prophylactic benefit against the common cold (and I believe that it does), GUMM will blow away anyone that is short. I'm sure that you saw what the publicity of old news did to VPHM the other day. GUMM could easily trade to a market cap of $600 million if the study shows that Zicam prevents the common cold. Oh yes, and add in $100s of millions of dollars in revenue next year from nicotine gum.

Your adding to an already losing short position in this company is an unbelievably dumb move and anyone that reads this thread should know that the risk of shorting GUMM is huge. Aren't you down $8 to $10 per share on your short? That's almost a 100% loss. WTG big guy...nice call. We all make bad trades, but your throwing good money after bad based on some bogus fraud claim is one of the dumbest things that I have witnessed from an investor/trader. Unbelievable. Good luck to you. You are really going to need it.

I get the feeling that you could short just about anything and make out well in the next three months, especially when the fed gets done sucking out the excess liquidity it poured into the market to buffer any Y2K "fallout". AG's got his Elmer Fudd hunting outfit on but it's not Wabbits he's hunting.

In other words- DUCK!
