Yeah, I was really annoyed too this morning. I was on hold for 5 minutes from 11:31 to 11:36; then it took another 12 minutes before my order filled. ;-) Find a broker that gives you better value, then report back to us. Until then, I suspect your whining will fall on deaf ears here.

Keogh and IRA Investors...Waterhouse Problem with Distributions... For the second year in a row, Waterhouse has not responded to my request for a Keogh distribution. Last year I waited over three months. This year, it has been almost 3 weeks and still nothing except run arounds. I am entertaining the notion of instituting a class action lawsuit and would be interested in knowing if others experiencing this problem would be interested in getting this off the ground. There will be no cost to the plaintiffs.
