Twick, it sure sounds like a high-probability scenario to me...but then, i have a slightly pessimistic bias<gg>. my own strategy is very similar to that of a 'market neutral' hedge fund, i.e. i have at all times short and long positions in the market. i time mostly the hedges on the short positions as well as the short term oriented trading positions in stocks. anyway, i hear that Iqbal Latif is a quite accomplished market timer...let me add to that the outlook of another market timer i highly respect, who's using the Elliot wave principle for this purpose: csf.colorado.edu regards, hb
