Brian: OT To my knowledge, people are suspended for their own behavior which violates the TOU, not simply for fighting with another member (or group of members). Perhaps Maurice was suspended because of repeatedly calling thread members "Moonies", "sheep", and "stupid". Perhaps he was suspended for repeated off-topic posts on women and politics. Perhaps he was suspended for advertizing to pay for the services of a US attorney. Nrither you nor I know the specific reasons. As for Maurice's dignity, I don't think he's lost any by having been suspended. I hope that when he returns we can all get on with the business of QCOM in a friendly and respectful way.

Brian, Consider it done. I have been a sporadic reader of this thread in recent months. I cannot keep up with Gilder, SI, a wife and little ones. Just plain to much to read. However, in my early days on this thread before the launch of the Q, it was guys like Maurice Winn that made this the best single forum on any thread that I followed. Long winded ----yes entertaining-------most of the time rude------------------not anytime that I recall ------and that includes the private mail or two he sent. So, as a multi-year member of this thread, I concur with you and my request has already been sent. Best of luck Bob

brian h, I have been lurker here for 3 years and Q investor since 1993. Here is my 2 cents! I have greatly enjoyed Maurice posts and I have learned greatly from his insights. I certainly hope that he comes back with dignity. I honestly think that the issue he picked up with JW and others is blown out of proportion. I don't think that battle needed to happened in the first place. I certainly hope that I don't appear to be taking sides. I like both JW and MW.
