And the streamlining of the entire company means that we?ve got fewer expenses, fewer complications, fewer distractions?and more time to focus on you. Because, let?s face it, you are our business.

Well, that?s nice to hear, but can you prove it?

We will.

You see, there were several things that made our customer service, well, less than ideal. Things like migrating our databases, communicating with outside vendors, and a simple shortage of people to deal with your questions. By focusing on those issues, we?ll put ourselves in a position to offer premier customer service. Every one of these issues has already begun to change, and the improvements will come faster and faster as time goes on.

Well, what about those shoes I ordered but haven?t gotten yet?

We removed the categories we?re no longer offering, but all pending orders will be delivered. In other words, just because you don?t see it in the store doesn?t mean we?ve cancelled your order. You will get your shoes.

Why do you think all these changes will work?

We took something that had gotten very complicated and made it very simple. To wit: you are our business. Everything we do must be aimed at serving you, and we?ll do whatever necessary to achieve that goal. We know what we need to do, and we?ve already taken the first steps.
