Jim - Thank you very much for taking the time to have that conversation and for sharing the results with us. I simply do not have time to do this kind of digging myself (hard enough just to read the boards now and then). I really appreciate it. I think we are already seeing the impact of Goldberg/Samulski, don't you? Sounds like much more to come and that it will be worth the wait.

Jim,

The question I have is this. If business is going so well than why do another round of equity financing. There has been heavy dilution since the June 1999 special warrants and it looks like the overhang from that is still large. I have seen many similar stocks announce good news only to have the stock go down because of strongly dilutive financing.
