CVCL was extremely hot in the afterhours market on Friday on a very impressive news release there is all kinds of talk on where it is heading, extravagant predictions like $50.00-$100.00 are being tossed around on all the boards.
------------------------------------------------------------
Posters on Raging Bull & Yahoo are going crazy about CVCL lighting up the after-hour market on Friday. Day-traders are
talking about a major gap up on Monday, finishing as high as $5-$10. According to the discussions, if more news on B2B
would follow, CVCL could see $20 range in short order.

Believe it or not, enjoy the ride !
------------------------------------------------------------
I copied the after-hour trading data onto an Excel spreadsheet and calculated the following:

No. of trades = 776
No. of shares (from 16:01 to 18:29) = 679,600
Average price = US$1.40

Check the following NR that came from Australia 2 days earlier than the one in the U.S.:
stockhouse.ca

Note the comparison with Commerce One Inc. & Ariba Inc., both reaching beyond US$200 in about 6 months.

Comes spring/summer, US$50 for CVCL is conceivable !
------------------------------------------------------------
After hours activity on CVCL, OVER 2,000,000 shares have traded driving the stock over $3.00/share at one point. I'm
hearing this is just the beginningof a major move. Cityview has just announced a huge aquisition that will put them immediately in
with the major players in the E-commerce industry. The 10% of SANDS SOLUTIONS is their initial aquisition, they have an
option on a much larger portion of this company that has been around privately for years, Commerce ONE is in the same
business but SSolutions does higher volume, lower value business, that stock has gone up from $8.00 to $300.00 in less than 6
months.

CVCL wild numbers being thrown around on the message boards, one thing is for sure it will be well above .50 when it opens today, this one has the potential for being a homerun

from the S.H. board

Major Alert on: CVCL (Citiview Energy, traded on the NASDAQ market)

On Friday (January 21), CVCL closed at 9/16 during regular hours. In after-hours trading, it closed at
2 1/2 - check nasdaq.com

On Monday (January 24), CVCL (traded as CVI) closed up more than 55% on the Australian Stock Exchange.
- see #2 [Citiview Energy] under "Gainers" at bloomberg.com

CityView (CVCL) has acquired 10% of the leading Australian B2B e-commerce company Sands Solutions.com
sandssol.com.au for Aus$5 million (US$3,300,000), with pre-emptive rights to increase its
interest in that company. Sands Solutions is similar to companies such as Commerce One Inc (CMRC) and
Ariba Inc (ARBA).

CVCL has a small float in the US, and if they continue to make further B2B investments, as rumored, CVCL might reach
the US $18-$22 range. Please do your own research, but this one will FLY on Monday, January 24!
