I think it is obvious that they are leftists also, and have long (and frequently) said as much here. Your "attempts" at keeping them honest is really a part of your freedom of speech and, philosophically, your freedom of association. What you really aim to do is "fire" the media and convince as many folk as you can to do the same, this to either eliminate them or bend them to your point-of-view. This is quite good. But it is a double-edged sword in that they are American entities just as you are. They have the right to "fire" you, should they discover you working against their interests. The point here militates against the notion that it is "PC" for an employer to fire or punish a person who assaults his interests. It is not always "PC." What was PC was having Rocker subjected to a shrink. They should have either overlooked his comments or punished him.

The freedom of association has a normalising effect upon the general behaviour of a society. Its infringement nurtures social pathology.
