>>Great find. We have to follow the news of these companies (medsite, horzon, etc) as these will be putting dinner on the table.<< I don't think that anyone has mentioned this on the thread as yet. So here goes . . . We all seem to fixate on what the Medsite.com IPO will do for JDX's coffers. I know many of us have pulled out the old calculator and hammered out the formula of . . . "if Medsite goes to X $ then times this by percentage or set number of shares, and JDX will expect to gain X amount of money, etc., etc., etc., . . ." I think that many of us may have been looking too long at our own navels and we may have been missing the big picture here. Remember that Jordex is able to pick and choose from any of the deals that Argentum has brought to the table. Now, I could be wrong here but I think Argentum has about $300 to $400 million in assets. Not bad, not bad at all. Heck, with that type of bank account I am sure that they would continue to attract some pretty good deals. But hey, just think what kinds of deals Argentum will be getting access to when Medsite goes through! Remember that Argentum is the firm that started the whole Medsite IPO deal. They were the first firm in, and they probably have a huge number of shares in the deal! When this IPO takes place, Argentum's profile will grow almost as big as their asset value. I don't think that it would be wrong to assume that Argentum could become a billion dollar Company almost overnight! Soooo, when Argentum begins to look at deals again, they will be one of the first firms that will definitely be sought out by the hot young companies. They will also have very, very, very deep pockets that they will be able to draw from to research and support deals, and they will definitely be firmly entrenched in the VC big leagues. Now remember, when Argentum sits at the table reviewing their deals, good old Jordex (who will also have significantly deeper pockets) will be able to have direct access to get into the best of the best deals on the table. Oh yes, Jordex will also be able to bring any deals that they find to the table for Argentum to take a look at as well. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I just found out that MF Capital (remember them? <ggg> you know . . . Jordex's other VC partner) has a key person from Softbank sitting on their Board of Directors. Hmmm, I wonder if MF Capital might be brought into any of Softbank's deals too? Hey, doesn't Jordex have the same type of arrangement with MF Capital that they have with Argentum! <VBG> Yes, folks things could be real sweet for our little company in the coming year! So when exactly is that name change coming? Now for those of you who happen to know any friends who have been blindly following some newsletter writer's advice lately, don't forget to tell them take his advice and sell their shares when the name change happens. After all, geeze this company's future doesn't look very bright at all! LOL Crazy Canuk
