thanks for the reply. I really didn't have much of a chance to check their story out before I bought in this morning. I just read an article written today in Motley Fool that pretty much confirms your analysis. I didn't know, for example, that the CEO had misled analysts as late as last week that Legato would have no problem meeting its numbers this quarter. Motley Fool really hammers management and suggests that they may have been really gambling because of loss of market share to Veritas, which reports next week. So, I may have jumped back in too soon. From what I have read here and from Motley Fool, Legato's management is about as trustworthy as Clinton in his deposition. Thanks again for the guidance; I plan to hold on for a while though and see what shakes out; maybe the top management will resign! Who knows?
