laurelcreek, if you have at least 200 shares of CMGI you are eligible to participate in the upcoming IPO's. If you are one of the lucky ones you will be able to purchase 100 shares, assuming you have opened up your WIT account by a certain date and have the available funds posted to it by the time it prices. Unfortunately for myself I missed out on both NAVI and ENGA's IPO's last year due to an incorrect e-mail address WIT had for one and bad luck on the other so as you can see there are no guarantees.
