Richard, I think that the minimum assets value and filing 10q's regularly with the SEC is now a requirement for all electronic trading in NAZ (BB, small cap and national market). The difference between the three is the required net assets and the number of public share holders, I do not recall what these transition points are. What does that have to do with my being short or not? (will you show me a US broker allowing to short this?) Zeev
