Good point, Kathy. The fact is now-a-days the small investors have decent leverage when they flock together and act on news, rumors, etc. The subsequent moves in the price of the underlying security tend to be very short-term however. The MM's do a good job of reading the investor sentiment, and they move the security price accordingly. When the smart money comes in large block amounts and affects things such as money flow, that's when you get the real indication. Unfortunately because of NASDAQ price reporting, it's hard to get a gauge for true money flow, but my guess is that it is or will be positive for NITE. In addition, the further out you price the NITE calls, the higher the premium...I mean exponentially higher. It's almost like the options market is ignoring this SEC rumor.

Best with it,
B
