I didn't see any new news today. Was there something I missed? I agree, they need to get the shares cleaned up, and listed on NASDAQ.

There will be pressure to keep the closing bid price below $2.80 for 5 consecutive days out of the next month, so the Series B preferred can convert at a lower price. I suspect that is what is going on right now. (As a Series B holder myself, I am rooting that ISTM stays down for 2 more days and then soars).

ISTM has one real customer signed up (AIG Insurance):

<<E-COMMERCE MARKETING AND SALES AGREEMENT WITH AIG WARRANTY SERVICES AND INSURANCE

On June 16, 1999, the Company entered into a three-year E-commerce Sales and Marketing Agreement with AIG Warranty Services and Insurance Company ("AIG"). During the three-year term of the Sales and Marketing Agreement, I-Storm will be the exclusive on-line marketer of AIG's on-line warranties and service contracts.>>

As far as I know, they have not launched a web site for AIG yet.
