Class Action: I never filed before. This Time I Will. Most of the time it is just bad luck and bad timing when I buy a stock that gets creamed....part of the risk of holding through earnings...but this is different. There was bad faith and fraud. I am convinced these guys were cooking the books and were deliberatly misleading investors. I will file the papers and I will participate..I will be lucky to get 3 cents out of the lawsuit, but it will be the best 3 cents I ever owned!!!! The only thing better is management being led away in handcuffs....
