q,

Now ya see...with HLTH there's the essential question about your own personal timeframe as well as the amount of shares involved. If you're on a "quick" timeframe with relatively few shares...sell. If you have a more complex strategy that involves a core position as well as a short term trading position....sell the trading stuff and hold the core stuff. If you're committed to the target dictated by the activity which defines the long term formation while keeping in mind that there are technical signals that flag increased risk for long term horizons, it's a hold.
Without an extremely specific plan, I can't really go beyond relating the general bias of timing short term entry or exit. There are several technical flags that say sell....there are several technical flags that say buy....in general. Unless a complete understanding of the chart is applied toward a definite plan of action, I will not be inclined to suggest any specifics for any individual who has:
a.)not attended one of my seminars (because I can better relate to the knowledge base of those that have)
b.)shown themselves to be utterly clueless (because I would then have them buy a widely held large cap stock that exhibits little to no long term risk)
c.)exhibited a view of TA that does not mesh with what I have found to be in line with "what stocks do" (because they wouldn't be inclined to learn)

In other words...there are variables that cannot be taken into account. For money that I am in control of...it is very likely that my decision would not be appropriate for money that someone else controls.

There's lots of stuff involved.
However....it's not ever very wise to think that you bought a stock in order to "ride it to the very top". Plan a trade and trade the plan.

q,

It turns out that a buyout rumor has been moving HLTH. It's just been said on CNBC that the rumor is definitely not true.
