Lists have nothing to do with cheap stocks - they are about stocks' impact events with timelines mentioned in press releases. Having them all go over a dollar would be great! :-)

The List is great. It is all about events and their impact dates. Works very well if you pay attention. The closer a stock gets to its impact date, people start rushing in and some may get left in the cold. This is not the fault of the List owners. It is the fault of those who try to trade for quick gains. Sometimes that happens here too, but getting in at the low end and having a bit of patience is better. Besides everyone has equal access to the List. The List owners are doing the rest of us a service by paying for the website and for maintaining the List. It must be a tough job verifying all the info people submit and selecting those that meet the criteria.
