Thanks Booray. I don't like stocks that are under investigation or rumored to be under investigation for anything and I do not have the guts to short. So I will steer clear of it and look for the next train.

NITE rumor: Booray, I saw it mentioned on A@P thread, but haven't been able to find anything else on it. Do you have any other source on this rumor, or just the same info as this?
