NAZ did it again today-new high & new Volume high (Russell 2000 also):

Nasdaq climbs to record, but Dow slides

NEW YORK -- Stocks ended the session mixed
Friday as investors continued to transfer money from
industrial companies into technology and
biotechnology issues that are leading the red hot
Nasdaq stock market to new highs. The Nasdaq
composite index rose 45 points to its third straight record high. The Dow
Jones industrial average went the other direction, ending down about 104
points, extending Thursday's 138-point drop. A busy earnings week quieted
Friday, with Caterpillar the only major reporter. The heavy equipment
maker beat estimates. Procter & Gamble held the Dow down as investors
continued to pound the stock as speculation circulates about potential
acquisitions.
