Steve, there're many hurdles for this company: 1. Corporations are offering their own auction services 2. Low entry barrier for new competitors 3. Existing players like CMRC etc... 4. And if you want to know how a company treats its customers in the long term, look no further than how it treats shareholders. Management allegedly "lied" to shareholders. If it's true that kind of culture will find its way to customers too. GM won't be the last customer it lost. Regards, Tom
