re cash, is that due to taxes or the terms of the spin/HLIT deal?

John,

Is there any news on when the spin-off will occur? Need to close out some leaps before that. Can you provide more explanation on how Cube semi will get to keep more cash if the spin-off price is lower? Thanks

After two years of slow churn into new markets/tech., it looks like C-semi is entering a new growth spurt (and it couldn't have come at a better time). I'm a little surprised that a buyout deal wasn't announced by now, and it looks more and more like the spin alternative will play out. This could be the greatest missed opportunity since IBM passed on MSFT.

Nice Q Cube!
