News out after yesterday's close. The PP's has been modified:

OLD                             NEW
Non-brokered PP of              Non-porkered PP of
 1.5 mil units at $1.05          1.1 mil units at $1.05
Brokered PP of                  Brokered PP of
 1.5 mil units at $1.05          1.9 mil units at $1.05
Canaccord will receive          Canaccord will receive
 40k agent units                 150k agent units


Upshot? 400k is moved to the Canaccord side and Canaccord gets more agent units.
