Shorting DLSC, Unfortunately I checked 4 brokerage firms and couldn't find any DLSC to short. DLSC was not considered stable enough to be marginable by these firms. Apparently a company has to have a product, revenues or more than 3 part time employees for their stock to qualify for margin. Shares that do not qualify for margin go into the cash portion of a margin account and can not be lent out for short sale. The DLSC SCAM was almost perfect. Get somebody to hype the blue sky stock to a bunch of ignorant French Quebecies and watch it rise. The smart people can't keep the stock down by shorting it.
