Then just WHY don't those MF's in Washington(we pay so well) do a Better job at it? But, on a more serious note, EVERYONE does it! That's whey they call them "trade deals". There is always bullying, cheating, lying, stealing,...
Remember the stories about the SKS & AK-47's that were allowed to be smuggled from China Army based company into LA? How about the "deals" where-by we will remove a Nuke Carrier from Japan port if they allow more oranges to be imported?

The list goes on & on, & this administration is (IMHO) only slightly different (in this one way) from most others around the world through-out history.
