I guess we are seeing whisper numbers from two different sites. I posted a site at .28. That's the problem with whisper numbers!

Anyway, the street moved the stock up. It's either because of the split, the nice earnings or both. There's no way to tell right with at least 2 different whisper numbers, until the talking heads tell us if they beat whisper or not.

Regarding the other matter...There are no trading restrictions to doing this that I am aware of. I sold some stock at a profit, and then rebought it. Perfectly legal, in any account. There are also no wash-sale rules in IRA accounts. I just checkedwith /called my CPA/CFP and he corroborated that. Check what the heck they're talking about at Waterhouse (or move your account if they give you a hassle about this!!).

Thean,

I bought back my GNSS calls for 3/8. Lucky me. It tanked near the end of the day. So....here's an implementation of my "cushion" put write approach. Don't get as much, but have that margin of safety.

I wrote out of the money PUTS for that extra cushion. I got 1 5/8. I bought them back for 3/8.

I think that that extra cushion writing out of the money puts allowed me to take a profit even with the tanking GNSS had. Of course, had it stay at 15, we both would have been underwater.

As for PMCS, ......I think I win that virtual bet. Agree?

I spoke with Fidelity about my trade. They indicated there was no violation at all of any rules.

Regards,

Steve
