MSFT has brain drain - there are over a dozen high ranking execs left in past 12 months to start-ups.

i keep asking myself why MSFT cannot see where the net is going - take CTXS, used to be so dependent on MSFT, now they are the hottest ASP around.

All the predictions here for the price of MSFT in 1/2/3/4/5 years are just for fun, no guarantee. So the best strategy is "Hold the stock tight " and let people in Micros do the job and enjoy the fruit. Be it $150, $200, $250 at the end of the year, well just accept the fact and be happy. If Apple / Orcl can enjoy a PE of over 100, then why not Microsoft with a PE of 90 ? This temporary up or down just stock manipulation, nothing else. When stock down , people try to find an explanation for it , while up, people also need an explanation, that is why all these analysts still hold their jobs !!!
