I guess there are several of these numbers-
whispernumber.com

which makes me realize more than ever how silly these numbers usually are.

whatever the case lets hope AWRE beats them all to hell.

Laurel that 14&cent number sounds good, but it's the first time I've heard it. The 9&cent number I've heard before. Lord knows I'd settle for the 14&cent...or better. However, I noted there is only 3 analysts given in that link as following AWRE. I believe that to be incorrect. Below is what is on Aware's Web Site.

Aware Analyst Coverage

Firm ............................Analyst

BancBoston Robertson Stephens....Paul Johnson
Hambrecht & Quist LLC............Michael Neiberg
Preferred Capital Markets, Inc...Joel Achramowicz
Stephens Inc.....................Charles Pluckhahn

If we can get 9&cent we'll be doing great IMO.

Good Luck to all who are long AWRE.

What are those guys at earningswhispers smoking? I'm very LONG on Aware but $.14 is not a realistic number. .08-.09 is a realistic number. I expect Aware to beat their earnings estimates the next few quarters, but I don't expect HUGE earnings blowout numbers for Aware until the second half of this year when ADSL deployments step up to new levels.
That $.14 number on earningswhispers.com is obviously a mistake.

I've seen 0.14 whisper aswell. I was checking out the stock today ... and it appears that the stock is under quite a bit of distribution (at least for today). I would think it will beat estimates but miss that whisper from the action ...... jmho fwiw ....

Good luck if you hold .... I will revisit after earnings ... assuming all looks okay ...
