Yawn, Bux. The weakness of your logic and the inexplicable desperation in your tone should be fairly evident to any current or prospective IDC shareholders especially those who also own QCOM. Look at the way you disavowed your statement on the RagingBull board: I know these contracts are not in the public domain but I understand Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung, Motorola and all other current licensees have signed contracts that obligate them to pay Qualcomm royalties if they use Qualcomm's CDMA innovations ever, even after the patents have expired. Who has time for to reason with somebody capable of gibberish like that? Disavow again and I will present proof if you wish.
