Interesting letter from Barry Siegal to an individual on Yahoo -----Original Message----- From: Barry Siegel [mailto:BSiegel@firstprioritygroup.com] Sent: Friday, January 14, 2000 11:34 AM Subject: RE: FPGP Dear xxxxx, First let me thank you for your investment in FPG and your confidence in what we are doing in the development of driversshield.com. You are correct in your assumption that we have the potential to become a "much bigger company" and in fact that is exactly what is happening at this very moment. Very soon you will see new information through the press and in other media concerning our most recent developments and progress. In response to your specific questions I will attempt to answer them in the order in which you asked them. 1. The sudden increase in our stock volume and price would appear to be the result of the general population beginning to figure out that a strategic partnership with EDS, must mean we have something of extraordinary value. They would be right! 2.The web-site is very far along in its development and we will be announcing its status very shortly. 3. Unfortunately, I am not prescient and I am also legally prohibited from telling you where I think the stock price will be on any given day. I can however comment on the fact that we believe the stock is severely under-valued and believe the marketplace will "wake-up" very soon and discover the potential of our company. 4. EDS has a significant financial interest in driversshield.com, has committed tremendous resources and owns a share of the revenue. More details of EDS' involvement have not been made public and I cannot share them with you at this time. 5. I do believe the stock has the potential to be well in excess of $5, but again caution you, that I am giving you my personal hope and opinions and you should not rely on my guess as a guide in buying, selling or holding your equity position in FPG. You should do your own due diligence on our abilities, what we are doing, and the potential for its acceptance in the marketplace. I hope this information will help you and I am quite confident you will be very pleased with your investment in FPG very soon. Sincerely, Barry Siegel CEO, FPGP
