Gus , I told you. Talking to Bux is like talking to the wall. The ITU ,the 400 million users of other technologies, the available interfaces all means nothing. Qualcomm owns it all and that's all that to it. They will rule the world and no one will contribute anything unless they pay Qualcomm. How is it that this company who failed in the infrastructure business as well as the handset business has the confidence of people like Bux that the IPR business will be the cats meow.

IDC has been labled a blood sucking company run by lawyers trying to get paid for IPR. Now the Q is in the very same business and it's OK for them to do it.

I remember when the question was asked "will the Q sell the handset division" ? Gregg Powers answered , "Pray Tell Why"?

It's going to be real funny the day Jacobs announces some agreement with another company to interface IS-95 with GSM.
