Great theory, scouser, with one caveat; a stock might have the "E" taken off for one of two reasons:

1] It's met its filing requirements, there are no other issues, and it's returning to trade on the OTC-BB or some other visible exchange without the "E"; OR.. ack..

2] It's having the "E" taken off on the way to the ignominy of the Pink Wilderness.

As long as it's clear why the "E" is coming off, that's a great angle to play.

I think the OTC-BB web site has a daily list of stocks about to either come back into good graces or into the Fuschia Forest.
