After the rebuke Motorola recieved in Korea it would seem the chances are pretty slim. The nice thing is that it on the other hand affirms the strenght of Q's patents. Legal departments have a way of finding work for themselves. <g>

P.S. In order for devices (phones/PDA's) to work in U.S and Europe on VOD's system, wont Euro have to do some upgrading to CDMA or would it work like a dual mode phone switching from analog to digital?
