I loved Lehrer- my parents had all his records when I was young- my favorite was "Who's Next" , But the "Battle Hymh for WWIII" was also fantastic- and I can still remember most of the lines-

So long mom,
I'm off to drop the bomb,
so don't wait up for me,
but while you may swelter,
down there in your shelter,
you can see me,
on your tv,
While we're attacking frontally,
watch hinkeley and bruntally,
describing contrapuntally ,
the battles we have lost,
no need for you,
to miss a minute,
of the agonizing holocaust.

etc...

Btw- your url doesn't work for me.

Yes! Thank you nihil. I didn't realize Lehrer was a Harvard guy - I thought he was a west-coaster.

I remember his songs on new math and pollution too. Very amusing, I'm surprised nobody remembered his name.
