Thanks goutama: The good news just keeps rolling in...It can only be a matter of a very short time before AMD scales its all-time high of $48.50! Certainly, not much time left to purchasr below $40 for perhaps the last time!

Goutama - RE: "AMD K6-IIIs now on allocation" From that article - "Sources tell The Register that behind the scenes, there are very low thermal K6-III microprocessors using copper interconnect technology being developed and perfected at AMD's Dresden part, in Germany." That's weird, the K6-III used to require more power to run. Copper must be amazing. This info is interesting considering an Athlon notebook chip is probably going to come out in the second half.
