*OT* Lee....I think Sun has done a masterful job in positioning themselves as a "dotcom"....However, I find it difficult to make any other argument that Dell is either undervalued or Sun is overvalued at current levels....The discrepancy is growth rates (between the two) is simply too large...

The Intel server farm business should be worth hundreds of millions for Dell, once those 12 sites get built...."Server farm" (Exodus, Intel etc) companies are going to growing (this segment) exponentially.....Dell is going to get its share of that business...

In case the market has forgotten, Dell sells servers too....Not in all segments (as Sun), but, the # of segments (low/middle/high)in which Dell sells servers will be increasing, not decreasing......Dell is definently moving upstream.......therefore, Sun will be facing more competition, not less from Dell and others...Also, with next-stage Microsoft software....Microsoft is also allowing Dell to be more competitive vs. UNIX...almost all articles I've read expect Microsoft-run servers to win more business going forward (not on absolute basis, but relative to past Windows/NT- Unix battles)....
Of course, this is a + for Dell as well....

Dell is going to benefit (greatly), too, from the outgrowth of the internet...and either this is not fully captured in the current price....or Sun has captured more than its share (thru, mostly, PR)...
Hopefully the former <G>

All IMO, of course..
