U.S. Ruling on Qualcomm Patents Could Benefit Local Firms

Obviously that article was written before the news that KIPO upheld all but three of the patents. This whole thing is beginning to smell like MOT's strategy for getting a better deal from QCOM - like give us lower royalties or better ASIC prices or we will keep making trouble for you and your patents all over the world.

Someone in a recent post on this thread referred to MOT as a "bully." Well there tactics certainly smell of that.

I am thinking of visiting the MOT thread and seeing what they have to say about all of this. What, if any, FUD they are spreading.
