yep...i play it now in such a way that i try to recoup the original investment cost when a stock has a run and keep the remaining shares for free.

LOL I'm using the basket principle too, but I notice I've broken one of my rules with it........

Online account now has more stocks, than will fit on one screen in a Yahoo profile........solution, go from 17" to 21" monitor.

Oh, always sitting about 40% cash too by the end of the day, most days anyways.
