Let's see: An HLIT price target of $110. Usually, these targets are in duration of 12 months. HLIT should have a cost of capital of roughly 15% so..... discount HLIT's current price of $111 by 1.15 and that puts HLIT's "fair" trading value - according to H.C. Wainwright - at $96.

Hmmmmm. Was that just a sell we saw from them?
