If it's the same article, I got a peek of it while waiting in a surgeon's office yesterday. I did not read the whole thing (mostly the first part). Much of it was old news, especially how they have been plotting this merger for months. The article pointed out their nervousness of a drop in one or both stock prices. They were constantly checking Wall Street's reaction. I'd say they have much to be worried about. The rough sea hasn't calmed yet. Ed
