This stock is going out:

There is no life on these boards. The company is run out of Canada. They are not a reporting company and have never indicated that they plan to be. A big shareholder now controls things. And he's trying to determine if the company can/should continue. I see this at .01-.05 as it slips into the land of pink.
Does anyone have a phone number for Frank Guido? How about a main number for the company?
