You got started a little early today. Or did you just fall off the truck?

OT: Who downgraded VRTS today? They just blew past their 52 week high a little bit ago. These anal-ist are special.

NOT ONE SHRED OF EVIDENCE___HUH>>>>>>
You must be joking. Three days before earnings are announced and after the stock tanked from 70 into the 50"s, management (wISE) publicly states that earnings are fine...if a CFO doesn't know what is going on three days before the announcment then he is an idiot. Me, I believe he knew and he deliberately misled the public.

With respect to the issue of income recognition, this is nothing new...it has been around for at least six months..if this was the real issue, it should have been handled and sold to the investment community...it wasn't because the issue wasn't an accounting issue it was an income recognition issue and a "cooking the books" issue...

Lastly, look at the insider sales in late November....something was up and they new it....

Integrity...may not have proof, but I do believe I see a smoking gun being held by management. The lawsuit, if it goes to trial, will prove this out....For once, I am pulling for the lawyers
