taxman: What did you expect DOJ to do buy MSFT products? You gotta be kidding.I am just surprised at the timing. On the other hand I guess MSFT can use this to show to the judge that there really is no monopoly and competition is robust. When you think of it it is kind of stupid for DOJ to do this now. It seems this thing has become very personal and strategy be damned. Could this be a desperate tantrum on the part of DOJ now that they see this case is falling apart.
