Exactly what I was trying to tell you that there will be many that share in the 3-G arena and IDC will be one of them.

To have essential IPR in all 5 proposed standards warrants owning IDC. If you read the IDC/Nokia news release they use the same words as you. IDC will be working on building blocks for Nokia for 3-G.

Nokia and the rest might use some of the Q's blocks and some of IDC's. It will all be in the standards and they can cherry pick what they want to use as well as pay for what they use.
