"WILLOW GROVE, Pa., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- AmeriQuest Technologies (OTC Bulletin Board: AMQT) announced today that it has experienced extraordinary growth in sales for SCO products to its Value-Added-Reseller (VAR) and Systems Integrator (SI) customers over its last three fiscal 1999 quarters. In two of those quarters, its sales of SCO products virtually doubled from the same quarters in its fiscal year 1998; in one quarter, 1999 sales more than tripled from the same quarter in 1998. AmeriQuest executives attributed much of the dramatic growth to several factors, including the increased media coverage of Linux, the growth in awareness of and demand for UNIX products overall as a result, and the strength of AmeriQuest's relationship with SCO."
