AGREEMENT

CISCO, Texas, Jan 21, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Black Giant Oil
Company (OTC Bulletin Board: BGOC), has entered into an agreement with
Global Access New Millennium, Inc., to convey to BGOC a 1/3 interest of
a U.S. based, International Telecommunications Company, currently
building and managing Earth Stations for Foreign Governments and Oil
Cartels.

BGOC has been notified that Global Access has successfully negotiated a
best efforts commitment to raise $25,000,000 under a Private Placement.
Under the terms of the agreement with Global Access, BroadBand Wireless
Communications Corporation of Oklahoma City, will contribute stock of
BGOC equal to $2,500,000.00 and will underwrite the legal and
accounting expenses of the Private Placement. In consideration of these
contributions, upon successful completion of the Private Placement,
Global Access will immediately move to the execution of its current
agreements to purchase the majority shares of Tryco Inc. at which time
conveyance of the one-third interest to BGOC will be effected.

Tryco Inc. is a privately held corporation headquartered in McLean,
Virginia, operating Earth Stations in the United States and
Afghanistan. The company is currently constructing two Earth Stations
in Saudi Arabia with existing agreements to construct five additional
Earth Stations for their client, ARAMCO. Tryco Inc., has recently
complete the contract negotiations authorizing Tryco Inc. to construct
and operate more than 200 Earth Stations in the country of Afghanistan.
Tryco has obtained the rights to install and operate Wireless phone and
Internet antennas, transmitters, servers and telecommunication systems
in more than 2,800 church steeples throughout cities in Europe.

BGOC has recently shifted its focus from energy-related industries to
the Wireless Internet and Telecommunications businesses, and remains a
participant in a two year contract originating and terminating minutes
for Long Distance customers both in the United States and Mexico.
Previous contracts which were executed by and between BGOC and Global
Access (BWI) LTD. have been assigned to Global Access New Millenium to
be in compliance with the requirements of the above mentioned Private
Placement.

BGOC recently purchased forty percent (40%) of the retail operations of
GetMore Communications LLC., of Oklahoma City, which owns and operates
ten (10) stores currently throughout cities in Oklahoma and Texas. Up
to eighteen (18) additional retail stores are planned for opening
during the calendar year 2000. In addition, through existing contracts
with GetMore TelCom LLC. BGOC will own up to fifty percent of the High
Speed Wireless Internet Networks currently being capitalized in cities
in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Iowa and Colorado.

As BGOC continues to change the focus of its operations, management
confirms its previously announced intention to change the corporate
name to BroadBand Wireless Communications Corporation at the next
shareholder meeting.
