you read too much Prechter...<gggg> he's also predicting the XAU to make a final capitulation low below 48. could be, but i don't expect that to happen. even if the PoG visits it's lows again (also unlikely imo) i do not expect the XAU to follow. if it does, i'll just have to buy more...EDIT: the XAU already discounts much lower gold prices imo...

i believe gold is making a downsloping inverted H&S base, with the island reversal hammer at the bottom of the early december sell-off.

the gold rally, came in late on the crb rally off the july low and was held back by the boe selling overhang,

will history repeat?
