It is up because Goldman and Merrill have been added to the underwriter lineup. Do you know what will happen when these guys initiate coverage with a BUY?? This stock will double from here.

There were already a couple of responses but I'll add a little to the already astute answers. At the very least, this will raise over 400mm for the company which is a lot of very needed cash...Now they have the ability to implement their strategy once the financing is complete. Another positive is that this road show will be unlike many others.....So many "smart buyers" out there are clueless to the story here...this will open their eyes. Consider that akam is 20bb after their roadshow, exds has been on a constant road show because of their many bond offerings...This is digitals time to show off. If they make ythe most of it and executed well last qtr, once the pricing is done, this is off to the races
