kathy, I almost bought some TYC when it fell down to around $28. Seems like a growing well diversified company, but alleged accounting irregularities always seem to scare investors (me included). The Cendant (CD) disaster is always in the back of my mind... Anyway, like you stated, a lot of analysts seem upbeat on TYC. The stock could go a lot higher if no wrongdoing is undercovered and all the class action lawsuits settled.
