Aus: The computers in California are back up. I have confirmed it is Judge Breyer (like the ice cream). Called his docket clerk and got a recording. I left a message indicating that I am an attorney seeking status information but, she may not call with a NJ phone number. We'll see. Checked the judge's updated calendar (updated today as per the indication at his site) and the case does not appear through next Friday, 1/28/00. If I hear anything further, I will advise you & thread. Mike G.
